| Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter and Sister Charlotte (Sherry) Jean Peterson, 70, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away February 13, 2012 at the Kootenai Medical Center of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She was born October 11, 1941 at Missoula, Montana; Sherry was the daughter of Ernest and Blondie (Henke) Hunt. Sherry attended and graduated from the Drummond High School of Drummond, Montana in 1959. She then attended Airline School in California. After Airline School she returned to Montana in 1965. Sherry moved to the Silver Valley in 1968. Sherry first married Floyd J. Myles; he preceded her in death in 2001; she then married Chuck Peterson. Sherry first served as a teletypist for the Technical Department for the Airlines. In the Silver Valley, she served as a checker for the Safeway Grocery Store of Kellogg; she also owned and operated a housekeeping business. Sherry was a member of the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah Witnesses of Pinehurst, Idaho. She loved and enjoyed her family, gardening and flowers, she was a wonderful cook and baker and she loved spoiling her children and grandchildren. Sherry also loved to talk about the bible, bicycling, the outdoors, horses, traveling (especially the Oregon Coast) and dancing every Friday night. She was a mentor to many friends. Sherry is survived by her husband Chuck Peterson- Kellogg, Idaho; four children Roger (Paula) Myles of Corning, Arkansas, Brent (Meili) Myles of Elko, Nevada, Ernest Myles of Elko, Nevada and Shannon Kurrelmeyer of Pinehurst, Idaho; her mother Blondie Mitchell of Florence, Montana; her step-mom Jackie Hunt of St. Ignatius, Montana; four brothers and sisters Sandy (Wesley) Opp of Phillipsburg, Montana, Robert (Tracy) Hunt of St. Ignatius, Montana, Julie (Mike) Kuefler of St. Ignatius, Montana and Rusty (Suzie) Hunt of St. Ignatius, Montana; her grandchildren Marcus Kurrelmeyer of Pinehurst, Idaho, Daniel (Ashley) Myles of Wallace, Idaho, Emily (Chad) Myles of Kellogg, Idaho, Kintauna Myles of Kellogg, Idaho, Austin Myles of Kellogg, Idaho, Brolin Myles of Elko, Nevada; one great-grandchild Emmitt Myles of Wallace, Idaho; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members. Cremation was held and Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah Witnesses of Pinehurst, Idaho. Mr. Peterson and Family, we are thinking of you. We wish there were words to comfort you. Sherry was such a sweet and kind person. I will always remember her as a great neighbor. -- Maria and Carlos Aguiar Chuck, Ernie, Brent and Shannon. I am very saddend to hear about your loss. Sherry was a wonderful person. She will be missed by all. I have always felt that if there were more people in the world like Sherry, the world would be a better place to live.
