Lana Dee Hansen, 62, of Osburn, Idaho, passed away November 6, 2011 at the family home of Osburn. She was born May 19, 1949 at Fort Lewis, Washington; Lana was the daughter of Herbert Lynn and Rosella Mae (Jordon) Gray.
Lana has lived in the Silver Valley for most of her life. She married Jimmy Hansen on June 9, 2001 at Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.
Lana was a homemaker; she also helped to take care of family and friends who were ill.
Lana loved and enjoyed her family and friends, fishing with her husband Jimmy, camping and the outdoors.
Lana is survived by her husband Jimmy Hansen of the family home of Osburn, Idaho; four children and their spouses Lisa and Dan Miller of Harrison, Arkansas, Billy Bailey of Kingston, Idaho, Teri Vest of Twin Falls, Idaho and Kevin Bailey of Harrison, Arkansas; four step-children and their spouses Leah and Steve Van Curler of Spokane, Washington, Kenny Hansen of Michigan, Becky and Chris Harrison of Seattle, Washington and Jamie Hansen of Wisconsin; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; one brother Billy Gray of Burke, Idaho; two sisters Barbara Christian of Osburn, Idaho and Rene Farmer of Silverton, Idaho; several nieces and nephews; Lana was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Randy Gray and one sister Janice Risley.
Cremation was held and private family services will be held at a future date.
The family suggests that memorials or donations may be made to Jimmy Hansen, P.O. Box 416, Osburn, Idaho 83849, to help with final costs and expenses.

My Aunt Lana was the sweetest lady u could ever met.She was always kind to everyone.
