Calvin “Scott” Vogt, 55, of Wallace, Idaho, passed away May 5, 2017 at Kootenai Health of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He was born March 26, 1962 in Burbank, California; Scott was the son of Calvin and Sheila (Martin) Vogt.
Calvin attended schools in Canoga Park, California. He moved to the Silver Valley in 1997 from Oregon.
Calvin was a carpenter and had owned and operated Calvin’s Construction.
Calvin was a member of the Moose Club. He loved and enjoyed hunting, Nascar and football- especially the Dallas Cowboys.
Calvin is survived by his significant other of twenty-five years Anita Reames Vogt of Wallace; his mother Sheila Zepeda of Bullhead City, Arizona; his father Calvin Vogt of Canoga Park, California; three sisters Laura Connolly of Mullan, Idaho, Mischelle Loth of Santa Clarita, California and Tina Givens of Weed, California; one daughter Stacy Whiteside of Arizona; one niece and two nephews Brittany, Spencer and Michael.
Cremation will take place and private family services will be held.
