Christine “Chris” Skilton, 76, of Bellingham, Wash. passed away December 14, 2025 in Bellingham, Wash. Chris was born October 23, 1949 in Santa Monica, Calif. A Celebration of Life will be held Feb. 28, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 902 S. Division St., Pinehurst. Full notice to follow.
