Born in Post Falls, Idaho, on June 24, 1944, Leslie lived a full and grounded life in the Pacific Northwest. He made his home in Kingston, where he found joy in the simple pleasures—a strong cup of coffee, a quiet morning on the river, and time spent with those he loved. An avid outdoorsman, Leslie had a deep passion for hunting and fishing, and some of his happiest days were spent out in nature, surrounded by Idaho’s beauty.
Leslie is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Baldwin, and his siblings: Boyd (Barb) Baldwin, Gary (Jani) Baldwin, Sherrie Baldwin, Ronnie (Kelly) Baldwin, Joe (Lisa) Baldwin, and Pat (Mindy) Baldwin, and his son: Chad Baldwin.
He was a proud grandfather to Tanner (Seantel) Rasmussen, Meagan (Bryce) Stepro, Lynzie Van Kleeck, Shyann (Austin) Baldwin, and Jurnee (Junior) Baldwin, and a cherished great-grandfather to Reagan, Locklynn, Lincoln, and Clara.
Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruth Baldwin, and his siblings Les, Becky, George, and Nathan.
Those who knew Leslie will remember his warmth, quiet strength, deep love for the outdoors, and unwavering dedication to his family. His stories, steady presence, and sense of humor will be missed more than words can say.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
