Lupe “Rick“ Montes, 60, of Pinehurst, Idaho, passed away March 16, 2017 at his home in Pinehurst, Idaho. He was born January 25, 1957 in Kellogg, Idaho; Rick was the son of Guadalupe and Gavina (Maqurze) Montes.
Rick is survived by his father Guadalupe Montes; his sisters Hope Montes, Nettie Montes and Josie (Ken) Keller and his niece Jennifer Keller. He is also survived by his aunt Virginia Montes and cousins Jessie and Karen Montez and family, Gloria and Daniel Cocco and family, Kathy and Steve Gilseth and family, Linda and Ernest Clanton and family, and Connie and Bruce Morris and family. Rick is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Texas area. He was preceded in death by his mother Gavina Montes and his uncle Florentino Montes.
