Nancy Ann Heinig, 74
Nancy Ann Heinig, 74 of Smelterville, Idaho, passed away on August 19, 2017 at her home. She was born August 8, 1943 in Kellogg, Idaho; Nancy was the daughter of Louis and Opal (Russel) Cummings.
Nancy was born and raised in the Silver Valley. On September 2, 1967 Nancy was united in marriage to Franz Heinig at the Catholic Church in Kellogg. Nancy was a homemaker raising her nine children.
In her free time she enjoyed playing computer games, making pet rocks, going camping and shopping. Most of all Nancy loved spending time with her family.
Nancy is survived by her six children Julia (Kelly) Schilke, Calvin (Kristi) Heinig, Marlene (Marion Jr.) Agbisit, Cliff (Suzie) Heinig, Tim (Linda) Heinig and Buv (Robin) Heinig; seven siblings Ron (Betty) Cummings, Marty (Jim) Conger, Sandra Gray, Albert (Linda) Cummings, Lola (Terry) Potts, Cathy (Francis) Lafantasie and Mary (Cliff) Marshel. Nancy is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Franz and her sons David Heinig, Tony Heinig and Louis Heinig.
A Rosary Service will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 6:00P.M. at the St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Kellogg. A Memorial Mass will be held the following day on Wednesday August 30, 2017 at 11:00A.M. with Father Jerome Montez serving as Celebrant.
