William Dan Ludwick, 76, of Wallace, Idaho passed away April 16, 2026 in Wallace. William was born January 3, 1950 in Wallace, Idaho to Thomas Elmer and Elaine Blanche (Kottkey) Ludwick.

William proudly served in the United States Army. On March 1, 1975 he married Bernice Rae Stensgar in Spokane, Washington. He spent his working years as a miner and sawyer.

William enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved hunting, fishing, and camping.

William is survived by his wife, Bernice (Stensgar) Ludwick of Wallace, Idaho; his brother, Tom (Connie) Ludwick of Los Lunas, New Mexico; his sister, Judy Ludwick of Osburn, Idaho; his son, Daniel (Lisa) Ludwick of Rathdrum, Idaho; his daughter, Brenda Ludwick of Wallace, Idaho; and his grandchildren, Alison, Alexander, Jacob, and Nikki.
