Jeffrey Scott DeJarnett, 38

Beloved husband, father, son and brother, Jeffrey Scott DeJarnett, 38, of Cataldo, Idaho, passed away July 4, 2017 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg.  He was born February 3, 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Jeffrey was the son of David and Mary (Davis) DeJarnett.

Jeffrey attended and graduated from the St. John’s Military School of Salina, Kansas.  He had also attended college.

Jeffrey proudly served in the U.S. Army.

Jeffrey married Junel Miller on February 17, 2009 in Arkansas.  Junel and Jeffrey moved to North Idaho in 2012 from Oklahoma.  Jeffrey loved North Idaho and the Silver Valley so much, that he had planned to make this his home.

Jeffrey loved and enjoyed his family, hunting, fishing, camping and the great outdoors. He was a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.  Jeffrey lived life to its fullest and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Jeffrey is survived by his beloved wife Junel DeJarnett of the family home of Cataldo; five children Jacob, Alexander, Jason, Justin and Nicholas; his father David DeJarnett of Oklahoma; one sister Devon Perricelli of Colorado; he was preceded in death by his mother Mary and one brother Matthew.

Private Family services will be held.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to Guglielmo’s Hope, 1480 E. Main Ave., Morgan Hill, California 95037.
