Ronnie “Leann” Pemberton, 46

Beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt, Ronnie “Leann” Pemberton, 46, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away March 4, 2019 at the family home of Kellogg.  She was born April 5, 1972 in Merced, California; Leann was the daughter of Ronald and Scottie (Eubanks) Mayfield.

Leann attended and graduated from the Atwater High School of Atwater, California.  She attended the Newport News Medical Careers Institute of Newport News, Virginia, as well as, presently taking classes from the University of Texas.

Leann moved to the Silver Valley one year ago to be near her family.

Leann was a registered nurse and had served as a traveling nurse in many states.

Leann loved and enjoyed her family with family get-togethers and Sunday dinners.  She also was an avid supporter of animal shelters and pet rescues; she loved all animals.  Leann also enjoyed cooking and reading.

Leann is survived by one son Kalvin and Briana Debusk of Kellogg; one daughter Kara Pemberton of Williamsburg, Virginia; two grandchildren Elijah and Madison; her father Ronald Mayfield of Kellogg; one brother Kirk Mayfield also of Kellogg; her nieces and nephews Katy, Westley and Ronnie Mayfield; one great-nephew Jake Mayfield.  Leann was preceded in death by her mother Scottie Mayfield.

Cremation was held and a family Celebration of Leann’s Life will be held at a later date.

Leann was a very loved and wonderful mom; she was very compassionate, which made her a very special nurse.  Everyone thought the world of her; Leann will be dearly missed.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to any local animal shelter, humane society or pet rescue.
