James “Jim” Michael Wilson, 66, of Osburn, Idaho, passed away September 16, 2011 at the Mountain Valley Care & Rehabilitation of Kellogg, Idaho. He was born July 6, 1945 at Shelby, North Carolina; Jim was the son of Joseph and Helen (Clark) Wilson.
Jim attended schools in North Carolina. He served several tours in the U.S. Navy during the Viet Nam war.
Jim married Janice Bloom on January 6, 1977 at Kellogg, Idaho.
Jim was a meat cutter and had worked at various grocery stores in the Silver Valley; he retired in 2001.
Jim was a member of the Osburn V.F.W.; he loved and enjoyed his family and working on his computer.
Jim is survived by his wife Janice Wilson of the family home of Osburn, Idaho; his step-daughter Janella Thomas of Kingston, Idaho; two grandchildren Amy Thomas and Adam Thomas; one sister Wanda Odenbrett of Olympia, Washington; he was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
Cremation was held and upon his request, no memorial services will be held.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity of the Donor’s choice.
